Radiant began formally structuring its sustainability program in 2022, building on practices that have long reflected our commitment to responsible, ethical operations. Our first materiality assessment in 2021 established the ESG topics most important to our business and stakeholders, and we have continued to advance our work year over year.
In 2024, we aligned our reporting with the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) framework, incorporating the SASB standards for the Air Freight & Logistics sector to strengthen the consistency and comparability of our disclosures. In 2025, we continued this journey by expanding our supplier engagement efforts through the introduction of the Radiant Supplier Code of Conduct and the Radiant Supplier ESG Questionnaire, now deployed across a significant portion of our domestic suppliers and set to scale more broadly.
These initiatives reflect our commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across our operations and supply chain. As we release our 2025 Sustainability Report, we will continue to share updates on our progress and the steps we are taking to support more efficient, resilient, and responsible logistics.
