Radiant Logistics Welcomes New Assistant General Counsel To Leadership Team
RENTON, Wash., November 16, 2023 - Radiant Logistics, Inc. (NYSE American: RLGT), a technology-enabled global transportation and value-added logistics services company, today announced the appointment of Jaime Becker as Assistant General Counsel. The appointment of Ms. Becker comes as Radiant continues its trajectory of growth and expansion and her expertise will be welcome in the leadership suite.
Ms. Becker brings with her over a decade of experience in supporting both publicly and privately held domestic and international companies in the technology, logistics, construction and oil and gas industries. Ms. Becker was a part of the legal team at Amazon, followed by most recently, Convoy.
Ms. Becker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pepperdine University and a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law. A Seattle native, Becker has been an active legal volunteer with underserved populations in the areas surrounding landlord/tenant, family law, and other issues, including representing the interests of children in the foster care system.
