Radiant Logistics Announces 100% Renewable Electricity Across Company-Owned Operations In North America And Asia Pacific
Achievement advances company climate strategy and will be reflected in fiscal 2026 sustainability reporting
Radiant Logistics, Inc. (NYSE American: RLGT), a leading provider of technology-enabled global transportation and logistics solutions, today announced that its company-owned operations in North America and Asia Pacific are now powered by 100% renewable electricity, another measurable step toward the company's long-term climate objectives.
In its 2025 Sustainability Report, renewable electricity accounted for 36% of electricity consumption across company-owned facilities. Operating on 100% renewable electricity reflects continued improvement in reducing the company's operational environmental footprint while supporting a stronger, more resilient global organization.
The transition was achieved through the procurement of renewable electricity and certified Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs), consistent with GHG Protocol accounting standards. The applicable certificates will be retired on Radiant's behalf in accordance with the purchase agreements.

This move supports the company's previously announced goal of reducing Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 30% by 2027, compared to a 2022 baseline. As reported in its 2025 Sustainability Report, Radiant has already achieved a 23% reduction toward that goal while continuing to expand emissions measurement and reporting across its operations.
The impact of this renewable electricity procurement will be reflected in the company's fiscal 2026 sustainability reporting, including market-based Scope 2 emissions, following completion of the annual greenhouse gas inventory and retirement of the applicable Renewable Energy Certificates.
